The direct operator does NOT issue for you the international documents you need for the shipment but will ask you to fill out a form (for the waybill) and to bring your own invoice. We simplify the process for you (at no additional cost) because the same rates that they provide, you can get with us.

Additionally, the operator gives you the waybill but you are the one who must track it and in case you need something, you must call the Call Center to ask for information. With MultiShipp you gain peace of mind (because we track the package for you, and we keep you informed of everything) and besides that, you save time because you do NOT have to call any Call Center but you have immediate assistance through your Commercial Executive.

The restrictions in the US for international shipments are minimal in terms of weight, values or types of products, however, we must first know which country you are sending to and what you want to send to identify if that merchandise requires any approval or import license in the destination country.

Remember that it is not the same to send medicine to the United States as to Ecuador, or food to Canada as to Europe.

When requesting a quote, we highly recommend adding our ‘International Coverage’ service. This optional service comes at an additional cost but ensures a refund of the declared value of your merchandise in case of damage, loss, or other issues.

Response times may vary depending on the carrier, but rest assured that we will handle the entire claims process and reimbursement follow-up on your behalf so you won’t have to deal with call centers. To expedite the process, please provide all requested evidence, including photos, so we can manage your case as efficiently as possible.
